Time flies ✈ – update on my first90days
As I reflect on my first90days as Co-Lead for 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 at PwC Switzerland, I’m filled with gratitude and inspiration. As I transitioned into this role, I was eager to immerse myself in the rich tapestry of values that PWC stands for – 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘞𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘛𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 and 𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘋𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦.
❤️ From the start, my colleagues welcomed me with open arms, embodying the collaborative and supportive environment PWC prides itself on.
In my first few days, I was privileged to attend our ISF Ski Weekend in Davos – an amazing event that brings all professionals together to have fun and have a great time.
Through these amazing connections, I’ve witnessed the power of collective intelligence to drive innovative solutions that resonate with our internal customers and communities.
🙌 A cornerstone of my journey has been meeting with our stakeholders, customers and peers. The sharing of experiences and knowledge, as well as the supportive and collaborative atmosphere, has been invaluable. These moments have not only accelerated my growth and confidence, but also reinforced the importance of our shared purpose, as reflected in our PWC’s PeopleStrategy.
🌱 Leadership, Culture, Skills and Development are more than just topic pillars; they are the essence of our 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺’𝘀 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆. Together, we’ve embarked on a journey to discover the untapped strengths of our team and to harness our diverse backgrounds to foster a culture of 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘺 and 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯. We`ll do this with 𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘴, 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯, 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵, and propel each other forward.
