2. Takes ownership of their area of responsibility: Exceptional leaders are accountable for their areas of responsibility. They are accountable for results, make decisions and overcome challenges with confidence and resilience.

3. Solution Orientation: Leaders adopt a solutions-oriented mindset. They focus on identifying and implementing practical solutions to business challenges, using their entrepreneurial thinking and commercial acumen.

4. Enables continuous improvement & simplification: Successful leaders foster a culture of continuous improvement. They encourage their teams to challenge the status quo, simplify processes and look for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
